Sporicidin® Mold-Resistant Coatings

Mold Resistant Coatings are a natural addition to the Sporicidin product line. The mold-proof coatings, when used in conjunction with Sporicidin® cleaners and disinfectants, provide a three-step “Clean-Kill-Seal” approach to microbial contamination cleanup and prevention.

Mold Resistant Coatings - clear or white - are available in aerosol spray bottles, 1gal bottles or 5gal pales. Mold Resistant Coating (MRC) benefits:

• Up to 1,000sq ft coverage per gallon for the clear antimicrobial coating
• Up to 400sq ft coverage per gallon for the white antimicrobial coating
• State-of-the-art sealing nanotechnology forms a dehydration matrix finish that bonds to porous and non-porous materials
• Permanent protection against moisture penetration
• EPA registered antimicrobial additive protects against growth of damage-causing organisms such as mold, mildew, algae, and odor-causing bacteria on the coating
• Will not peel, blister or chip and can be painted on top of the coating
• For both interior and exterior use

Sporicidin® Mold & Mildew Stain Remover is an excellent product for removing unsightly stains left by microbiological life, such as mold, mildew, moss, bacteria, and algae. MRC-101 is a biodegradable, environmentally friendly, water-based stain remover that has been developed for mold remediation and flood damage restoration projects. The mold and mildew stain remover is easy to use - spray it onto the stained area, let penetrate and dry, then remove any remaining excess by rinsing, brushing or wiping away - it’s just that simple! MRC-101 is suitable for use on commercial and residential stain removal projects and recommended for most construction materials.
