Rugged Waterproof Hygienic Design

The UVpro BD 2016 HD UV systems provide reliable UVC disinfection of conveyor belts and surfaces in the food industry. By mounting the UV lights below the belt, the UV radiation treats the belt surface itself without contacting the product, delivering perfect hygienic conditions all day and helping prevent cross-contamination. These belt treatment UV systems are extremely rugged, fully waterproof (IP69K TUV certified), and designed for easy cleaning in demanding hygienic environments. The UV lights install easily in both new and existing systems and can optionally include a switch-off function when moved into the cleaning position.
